The Team BSS Basics Program was created to teach you all of the basic skills and movements needed to be both successful and safe in our classes.
To insure success, you will either work 1:1 with a coach or in a small, group setting.
Setting the Foundation
This is a great way to get started if you are not familiar with barbell, kettlebell and many other bodyweight exercises. Our basics program is also a great way to get a refresher course on all the basic exercises and movements commonly used in our gym.
