I'm new to TeamBSS CrossFit, how do I get started?
There is no better time to start than now. Introductory classes are available. Take your first step with the Team BSS Basics Program.
This program was created to teach you all of the basic skills and movements needed to be both successful and safe in our classes.
What is CrossFit?

Am I in shape enough to do CrossFit?
Everyone and anyone can participate in a Team BSS CrossFit class. Our coaches ensure that exercises are appropriately modified for every fitness level.
How are Team BSS classes run?
All classes begin with a warm-up and we also use this time to work on developing the skills used during the workouts and evaluate appropriate modifications for all participants. At TeamBSS, the workout portion consists of compilations of one or more body weight, weight lifting, endurance, kettlebell and strongman type exercises aimed at providing a challenging workout appopriate for people of all fitness levels. A cool-down and stretching component completes every WOD.
What is a WOD?
The WOD is the Workout Of the Day. We use the CrossFit methodology of planning our WOD to ensure we provide our clients with an effective and efficient training program.
