Our goal at Team BSS is to make our young athletes better, stronger and faster.

Improve Your Performance

We look to improve all aspects of athletic performance:

  • Mobility

The Technique

Improved performance can be achieved by learning basic barbell movements, plyometrics, as well as participating in various speed, agility and mobility drills. Our programming at Team BSS integrates all of the items above, thus creating a better, stronger and faster athlete.
